An editorial states that environmentalists are not to blame for the lack of cellphone service on the Northway. Instead, it was the cellphone companies who decided they couldn't make enough money off the towers. It is stated that Gov. Spitzer and the Legislature needs to act quickly and subsidize cell service before more lives are lost. (more...)
